All prices, transactions, and shipping fees on this website are listed and processed in United States Dollars (USD $).
2. Shipping Fees
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders across the United States.

Destination: We currently ship within the United States only.
For oversized or heavy items, delivery may be completed by curbside freight delivery where applicable.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Times
To ensure your order reaches you on time, please review the following schedule:
- Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (MT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit Time: 6 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You will receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Order Tracking Page.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
5. Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately at contact@orolong.com.
We can modify the address only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once the order is in transit, we may no longer be able to redirect it.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orolong LLC is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Delivery Restrictions

7. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@orolong.com.
