All prices, transactions, and shipping fees are listed and processed in United States Dollars (USD $).

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders across the United States.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT). Orders placed after this are processed the next business day.
- Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Transit time: 6–8 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Estimated total delivery time: 7–10 business days.
Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high volume.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with tracking. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. You can also track via our Order Tracking page.
5. Address Changes
Contact us immediately at contact@orolong.com to change a delivery address. We can only modify it if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
6. Delivery Restrictions
- United States only
- No PO Boxes
- No APO/FPO addresses
- No freight-forwarding addresses
- Some oversized items may require curbside delivery
7. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
Contact contact@orolong.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
8. Damaged Packages
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@orolong.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
