What is Orolong LLC?
Orolong LLC is a United States–based online store offering quality home, bathroom, kitchen, and hardware accessories, focused on stylish, durable, and functional products for your living space.

Orders & Shipping

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, plus digital wallets including Apple Pay and Google Pay, and other secure options shown at checkout.
What currency do you use?
All prices, transactions, and refunds are processed in United States Dollars (USD $).
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Transit takes 6–8 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 7–10 business days. Our order cutoff is 5:00 PM MT.
Is shipping free?
Yes — we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase and no hidden fees.
Do you charge taxes?
No. The price shown is the final price you pay; we do not add taxes at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or freight-forwarding addresses.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
  • New or slightly used (unopened, or opened and only lightly used)
  • In resellable condition with accessories and proof of purchase
Is there a return shipping fee?
No. A free prepaid return label is included in your package, so returns and exchanges cost you nothing. There is no restocking fee.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@orolong.com with your order number and reason. Use the prepaid label included in your package (or ask us for a replacement label at no cost), then drop it with the carrier.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes — we offer exchanges for a different size, color, or an alternative product of equal value within the 30-day window, subject to availability.

Products

How do I choose the right product?
Each product page includes specifications, dimensions, images, and available finishes to help you choose. Please check dimensions and fixing types against your space before ordering.
What type of products do you sell?
Bathroom and shower accessories, towel racks and holders, kitchen sink wastes, cabinet handles, knobs, and other functional hardware.
Do product colors look exactly the same in person?
We display finishes as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting, and display settings.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
